The Management team of Nebraska Rubber Innovations, Inc. with their combined skills of financial investment, management, insurance, mechanical and civil engineering, joint sales experience of 100+ years, accounting and customer service make for a well rounded team of professionals.
The President, Larry J. Schmitz, has civil engineering experience and has been in marketing and sales for over 38 years. He has held several management positions with National and Regional Sales Organizations within the agricultural community and operated his own dispatch company for 18 years bringing in gross revenues in excess of $1 million dollars.
The Vice President, Donald P. Schmitz, has civil engineering experience and over 41 years of marketing, investment, and sales experience within the Insurance industry. He has over 10 years of corporate development with corporations such as Circle Four, Inc. and JPI, Inc. He was a State Director for an Insurance Company for 8 years and has received much recognition for his successes in the insurance industry.
The Corporate Secretary-Treasurer and Office Manager, Cynthia L. Schmitz-Walton, has 25 years of experience in sales, customer service, accounting management and computer practices. She has served on several community boards in upper management positions.
This truly is a family owned business. We feel that the combined skills of machinery operation, sales, financial management and customer service make for a "GREAT MANAGEMENT TEAM" who will work hard to produce the best possible product and supply the best customer service, all at a price with the customer in mind.
